REMA had been managing Salt Lake City multifamily properties since 1979. Strong reputation, loyal clients, zero marketing. Every new owner relationship came through a referral from someone who already knew them. It worked — until it became a ceiling.
They came to RAE with 447 doors and a goal to nearly double the portfolio in 12 months. The question wasn't whether the market was there. The question was whether the infrastructure existed to go get it.
